I approach this work with the belief that eating doesn’t need to be managed, corrected, or optimized to be steady.

My role is not to motivate or push change, but to offer thoughtful, non-diet support that reduces internal noise around food. The work is slow by design. There are no rules to follow, no targets to hit, and no urgency to perform. What matters is building a relationship with eating that feels neutral, reliable, and sustainable over time.

I don’t tell you what to do with food; I help you develop enough trust that you no longer need someone to.
