    Therapy encompasses various therapeutic interventions and can target specific mental health issues and relationship dynamics, with licensed therapists providing specialized support.

  • All coaching sessions are conducted over Zoom. I have found that this is more convenient for clients as it provides greater flexibility for their busy schedules and improved well-being without the limitations of a specific meeting location.

  • Intuitive Eating is an evidence based model that focuses on developing a healthy relationship with food and one's body. It's based on the belief that we are born with an innate ability to regulate our food intake and body weight, and that by listening to and trusting our body's internal cues, we can make healthy and sustainable food choices.

  • Intuitive Eating is not a weight loss program. The main focus of Intuitive Eating is to establish a healthy and balanced relationship with food and your body, promoting overall well-being and mental health. While some people may experience weight changes as a result of Intuitive Eating, it's important to remember that weight loss is not the primary goal.

  • The number of sessions required varies based on your objectives, willingness to change, existing support systems, and your current relationship with food. While it's difficult to predict, I'll be with you as long as you find our sessions helpful. After the Health Discovery Session, you can purchase the écoutay signature package (12 sessions). Once you have completed the package, you can purchase more sessions, choose to work on your own or schedule an individual session to check-in (available only with private link).

  • Each session is 45 minutes in duration, conducted over Zoom, either weekly or bimonthly depending on your schedule. To better understand your food and dieting background, we will review your relationship with food and any challenges you face regarding eating and nutrition. Together, we will discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through Intuitive Eating and then tailor your sessions around the applicable Intuitive Eating principles. Sessions may include mindful exercises, exploration of emotional eating, unlearning dieting rules, self-compassion and body acceptance, gentle nutrition, and personalized strategies to help implement intuitive eating into your daily life.
