What is health coaching?
Health Coaching is a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on the integration of nutrition and lifestyle factors to promote optimal health. It involves working with a certified Health Coach who provides support, education, and guidance to clients to help them achieve their health goals.
Rooted in the belief that health is multidimensional, comprising of an individual’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, health coaching emphasizes the importance of a balanced and varied diet, movement, stress management, and other lifestyle factors in achieving optimal health and wellness.
What do we do during
health coaching sessions?
The coaching process begins with a FREE 30-minute discovery session where we will discuss your current health status, lifestyle habits, barriers, and goals
Using a client-centered approach, we will work with you to create a personalized wellness plan that takes into account your unique needs, preferences, and goals. This approach recognizes that there is no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to health, honoring your unique bio-individuality.
Sessions are conducted online, 45 minutes in duration (see Services)
We will provide tools, worksheets, handouts, and helpful strategies to guide you on your wellness journey and to help you reach your goals
We will empower you to take ownership of your health and well-being so that you can develop self-reflection and self-awareness skills, enabling you to make more informed decisions about your health and develop sustainable habits and behaviors that promote long-term health and wellness
Sessions provide supportive listening and guidance, time for goal adjustments, an opportunity to identify obstacles to change - holding you accountable to your commitments, and celebrating your successes
