At écoutay wellness, we provide personalized holistic health coaching to empower women to reach their health and wellness goals, and intuitive eating counseling to heal their relationship with food and their body.

You will learn to listen to your body's hunger and fullness cues, challenge negative thoughts about food, and find joy in movement. By healing your relationship with food, we will create a ripple effect of positive change within you, leading to long-lasting transformations.
